Airstream Argosy For Sale

26′ Airstream, Argosy model. Argosy was their experimental arm and this particular version has wrap around front windows, which they later included in all Airstreams. She has spent most of her life parked at Port Susan Camping Club and clocked very little road time. The tires are the originals and if you are planning to travel with her, they will need repacking/replacing.

She is a 1973 in very good condition with all original appliances in good working order – Harvest Gold. The furnace works, as does the bathtub/shower, toilet, bathroom and kitchen sinks, gas range/oven, elect/gas fridge. Grace is 8’ x 26’.

The “living room” was made by removing the dining room table, which also meant removing a travelling water container, which I have been told by Airstream folks is easy to replace/install. She has been well taken care of and used as a retreat/cabin. Other uses could include office, spare room or guest house – in other words to sit still and be used for additional space. It is likely that she is travelable. However this is an “as-is” sale.

There is only one spot of rust and I have had varying opinions on it. A General Contractor that I used as a handy man for her for years said that it was not structural; an old boat maker/pipe fitter said that it might be. She is for sale as is, best offer takes her. Money talks.

I have had her for seven years and am only the third owner. She has spent thirty years camped at Port Susan Camping Club, the oldest most developed Club in Washington (the lot is also for sale if you are interested).. The lot she is on has septic, electric, water, etc. All her appliances/furnace are original and work. She is steam cleaned every year and well maintained.
