Airstream Trade Wind For Sale

We must sell our baby! We do not want to let her go, but have been laid off from work, and must sell.
She is a 25 foot (27 hitch to bumper) Airstream Trade Wind Double Land Yacht. It is in really good original condition and everything works including the :
electric/propane dometic refridgerator
propane heat and a/c
water, shower, sinks and toilet
two fold out beds (front is a twin, and mid is a full)
propane stove/oven
lights
bathroom is in the rear of the trailer
We have records and receipts of work done to this trailer since original owner. We are the third owners and have all the records back to the first!
We also have both the original manuals for this trailer.
All seals, vents, windows and doors have been sealed and weatherized.
The plumbing, floors, upholstery, electric brakes, wheels and some electrical have been updated. It has been properly maintained and things replaced as needed.
This trailer is ready to be lived in or played in.

There is also a tow vehicle and/or work truck available for sale. The truck is a 1997 Ford F-350, has a new transmission, good engine compression and tow/pull, utility bed, 4×4, nice tow package/hitch, and runs great! Regular cab, v8, NOT diesel. (This truck is a work truck/farm truck. It is not a shiny slick truck.)
There are two buying options.
The First is as a package with the tow vehicle, the Ford, for $13,000 or
The truck and trailer sold separately the truck for $4,000 and the Airstream for $9,000.
