Hard to find Side dinette that turns in to a bed for 2, Front couch also sleeps 2.
Large bathroom with shower and tub, plus 2 clothes closets.
Propane stove/oven, Brand New Refrigerator, propane water heater, updated propane forced air furnace, 110v roof AC, pull out awning, water pump, Univolt battery charger —all in good working condition. The awning is in great shape, new cushions & covers.
Solid floor, copy of original owners manual, we are the 3rd owner.
Our family has enjoyed the trailer for the past 4 years. We need a larger trailer as our family is increasing.
