trailer is all original. body just fine. has working a/c, stove, gas and elect refrig all lights work. All cushions and cabinets as well as all other equipment including original receipts and manuals. . Water has small leak but I can fix. Could use minor spruce up. but all there. not altered from factory condition. A terriffic trailer with high quality construtcion for a small fraction of its value. I have used it as an office for many years and it served great!
